You were listening to the
Primitive Intelligence podcast
bonus episode #3.
Yet another topic that Rocco and
I touched on back in season one
when we did a lot shorter
segments and went on a lot of
tangents.
This bonus episode of the
Primitive Intelligence podcast
starts now towards the end of
season one.
In episode 15, Rocco and I
briefly talked about sky sounds.
Here's a clip of that
conversation.
So to shift topics here, I know
one of the things I was I was
going to talk about was we start
watching that the new Joe Rogan
show.
Oh yeah, the question
everything, which they're pretty
good.
Yeah, it's very good.
Joe Rogan is he He's a trip to
watch because he doesn't take
any shit from anybody.
So he just says what he's what
he's thinking and it's awesome.
I love it.
But one of the things he was
talking about were those sky
sounds or and I you never heard,
I never heard of.
Sky sounds because I just
assumed you've heard.
Of that before, no.
And I I watched a bunch of
videos.
Now, some of them a lot of
people doing this.
I've worked with audio for for
quite a while.
I know how easy it is to fake
audio in a video, so some of
these things you're seeing on
YouTube can very easily be
faked.
But some of it where you can,
you know it doesn't appear to be
faked like.
What is?
It what the hell is that?
I mean I some of the
explanations are anything from,
you know aliens, which I guess
is possible but what it
something I think is is very
interesting.
One of the the theories I I saw
was that as the the sun is
because there's always, you
know, the solar radiation of
solar winds hitting the planet,
hitting our magnetosphere.
It ripples.
It makes a, you know, a
vibration.
That's all sound is a vibration.
There's something that could be
something like that just a
natural phenomenon.
But it's it's it's weird
somewhat of like music.
It's one of my.
Favorite theories on that I
don't believe, but it's one of
my favorite theories is the
Tommy Knockers, who are
apparently this group of.
I guess you can call the Group A
civilization.
That lives.
Underground.
And they're kind of miners, kind
of.
But they have this ability to
kind of.
Travel through.
Rocks.
I don't know exactly.
Whatever the hell it is, and
it's their sound of them.
Digging.
And building shit underground,
which echoes.
And you think it's coming from
the sky that's actually coming?
From the ground, that was one of
the things they were talking
about, it says.
It may be something that's
echoing up and down, but where
is it coming from?
I don't know.
Some of it's weird.
I've never heard anything like
that here.
Sky sounds, often referred to as
strange sounds in the sky or
mystery noises, are perplexing
and globally reported phenomena.
These enigmatic noises appear as
unexplained auditory phenomena
seemingly emanating from the
sky.
Witnesses described these sounds
as eerie metallic trumpet like
rumbling or similar to a loud
mechanical or supernatural roar
report.
These unexplained sounds have
surfaced from various locations
worldwide, causing widespread
intrigue and speculation.
Witnesses across continents from
Canada to Ukraine have
documented and shared recordings
of these puzzling noises.
Despite the abundance of
eyewitness accounts in audio
recordings, the source and cause
of these sky sounds remain a
mystery, leading to a wide array
of theories and conjectures.
Scientific explanations for
noises often include natural
sources such as atmospheric
pressure variations, seismic
activity, or acoustic gravity
waves.
Some attribute these sounds to
phenomena like coronal mass
ejections from the sun or
electromagnetic activity in the
Earth's atmosphere.
Additionally, conspiracy
theories and supernatural
hypothesis, ranging from
extraterrestrial activity to
religious interpretations add
layers of intrigue to the
debate.
Amidst the fascination, and
curiosity, attempts to
scientifically analyze and
authenticate these sounds
persist.
Researchers and scientists
continue to investigate and
analyze recorded data to
decipher the origins of these
unexplained aerial phenomena,
striving to separate fact or
fiction in the realm of sky
sounds.
The persistence of these eerie
and unexplained auditory events
in different corners of the
globe invites ongoing
exploration and speculation,
leading us to wonder about the
mysteries hidden within our
skies.
Now, right after that clip that
I played just a couple minutes
ago, I started talking about the
only thing I could never
considered to be sky sounds, but
it was never anything like
trumpets or roaring in the sky.
Back on the property I grew up
on.
It was a large 73 acre old farm,
big piece of property.
We didn't have a lot of
neighbors.
All the people who had property
Nexus also had large pieces of
property.
And occasionally, every once in
a while there would be this
series of booms in the sky.
For a long time, I thought I was
just losing my mind.
But other people also heard
these, you know, after me
hearing them for probably about
three years, other people
started to hear them.
It was really bizarre.
And I I went ahead and made a
representation of what it
sounded like.
I'm going to play that for you
right now, but imagine this
sound moving from horizon to
horizon directly over your head.
And that's exactly what it
sounded like.
It was a series of booms that
got progressively faster and the
faster the progression got, the
faster the sound moved across
the sky.
I have no idea what this was.
The only the the closest thing I
could ever describe it as was I
had a friend who who liked to
collect guns and one of the guns
he had is called a street
sweeper, which is basically a
shotgun with like a a barrel
canister Style magazine.
I think he could fit 12 rounds
of this thing and you'd wind it
up, if I remember correctly, to
put tension in the clip once you
loaded it.
And then as fast as you could
pull the trigger you would fire
off shotgun shells.
So you could make a very similar
sound.
But I heard him shoot that from
a distance and it never sounded
like it was moving across the
sky.
But it was a very similar style
sound.
Over the years I've watched
plenty of videos where people
are claiming to be hearing sky
sounds.
Some of them are just obvious
fakes.
Like I said in that clip, I
spent a lot of time working with
audio in my life, and there's
just some you can tell are fake.
You can tell by the reaction,
the people that they're not
actually hearing anything
because their their reactions
don't really match the sound
that you're hearing and they're
just clearly fakes.
Other ones, people are recording
sounds, but what they're hearing
can be explained.
And there was one I remember
seeing where a bunch of people
recorded the sound, and I think
it was in it was in the US
somewhere.
I believe everybody's like,
what?
What's the sound?
They were recording it.
They're putting it on TikTok and
Facebook and YouTube.
And there was a guy who, if I
remember correctly, it was
happening a couple times a week.
So one day this guy posts a
video and he's like the sky
sounds of the city solved.
He's like, I work at this
warehouse or at this factory and
there's a a pressure release
valve in one of the tanks and he
was sitting there, He's like
it's it's about ready to go off.
And it went off and it was the
exact same sound now from a
distance of echoing through
buildings and all around town,
it it sounded a little eerier,
but it was clearly just this
weird pressure release valve on
this tank.
And I think a lot of what you
see on YouTube is just that I
just, right before I record it,
I went and I watched like 8 or 9
videos and they were all
sounding exactly the same, just
like a pressure release valve.
And the one guy is in like the
parking lot of a factory and
he's there's a sound going off.
And he said, what's what's that
sound?
What could it possibly be?
It's probably the factory.
Now I'm not going to say that
all sky sounds are fake because
clearly there's people looking
into IT.
People can't figure out where
these sounds are coming from.
I've heard weird sounds in the
sky.
I kind of think that what I was
hearing, it was some kind of
aircraft.
I think it was one of ours.
I think it was.
They were for some reason
testing near where I lived and
that's what I was hearing.
That's the only explanation I
have because it was clearly
moving through the sky.
When I lived in Florida, I heard
Sonic booms from the space
shuttle coming in and it sounded
completely different.
These weren't Sonic booms.
These were like rapid fire
explosions.
So as of right now, as with a
lot of mysteries, there is no
explanation for these as of this
point.
Maybe we'll check back into
these in the Future episode and
see if we can find some really
good, clear audio evidence that
can't be attributed to
warehouses or something like
that.
